We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality, precision-engineered custom truck parts, shipped worldwide. Our team takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards at every stage of production, and we’re currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Labourer to join us.

All of our products are manufactured in-house—from design and laser cutting to welding, finishing, powder coating, assembly, and shipping.

Position Overview

As the Assembly Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 60-100 orders at one time, assembling 60% of our products, and ensuring timely and correct shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize and prioritize incoming orders to ensure they are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee the assembly process from order intake through completion and shipment.
- Assemble products according to order specifications and company standards.
- Review orders carefully to identify potential errors or missing information before they reach the customer.
- Monitor order progress and proactively identify any delays or issues that could impact deadlines.
- Communicate with shop staff regarding delayed or incomplete orders and work with the appropriate team members to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure all completed orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped to the correct customer.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient assembly area.
- Help establish and maintain an organized workflow to keep orders moving efficiently through the assembly and shipping process.
- Take ownership of order accuracy, quality, and timely completion.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is an asset




- Previous area leader experience is an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
- Experience using hand tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to workplace safety and procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in trucks is a bonus, but not required

Shop Details

- Location: Crossfield, AB
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime may be available)
- Steel-toe boots required; all other PPE provided

Compensation

- $16–$27 per hour to start; wage is entirely based on applicable experience
