Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Project Manager to join our growing restoration team. In this role, you will support Project Managers in coordinating residential and commercial restoration projects resulting from water damage, fire damage, storms, mold remediation, and other property losses.





This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in project management within the restoration and insurance claims industry.

What You'll Do

- Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and administration
- Support site inspections, documentation, and estimating activities
- Coordinate communications between clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Maintain project files, reports, and insurance documentation
- Track project progress, timelines, and material deliveries
- Assist Project Managers with budget and profitability monitoring
- Help ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in construction, restoration, insurance, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Xactimate or restoration industry software is considered an asset
- Valid driver's license
