Responsibilities

- Provide skilled skincare treatments including facials, brows, body waxing, eyelash lift + tint, and nail care with precision and care.
- Assist in managing daily spa operations, including front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking guests in and out, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Support sales efforts through upselling spa packages, retail products, and promoting special promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict cleanliness protocols for treatment rooms and equipment to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and guest loyalty.




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, training sessions, and promotional events that elevate the spa’s reputation within the community.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an esthetician with expertise in skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash lift + tint, brows, and nail care (manicure + pedicures).
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members alike.
- Demonstrated ability in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products and services confidently.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to spa environments to ensure health standards are consistently met.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Passion for hospitality with a friendly demeanor that creates a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
