As an Associate Partner, you are responsible for building and managing a portfolio of client relationships while driving business growth through disciplined origination and execution. You will identify, pursue, and convert opportunities, leveraging existing relationships, while continuing to build recent ones, that align with Aeternus’ planning-led approach, ensuring that all work delivered is technically sound, collaboratively designed, and practically implementable. You lead the full lifecycle of client engagements – from discovery through implementation and ongoing review – acting as the primary point of accountability for both client outcomes and service delivery.

This includes coordinating internal resources, aligning external advisors,



and maintaining proactive engagement with clients as their needs evolve. Success in this role is performance-based, with a guaranteed component and incentive compensation tied to clearly defined revenue, service, and development outcomes. As a leader, you set clear expectations, contribute to firm-wide priorities, and support the development of others through coaching, feedback, and collaboration.

You are expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, maintain strong alignment with firm standards, and contribute to the overall growth and capability of the business.
