Great West Chrysler is seeking an outgoing and motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our Sales Department.

Representing Jeep, RAM, Dodge, and Chrysler, our dealership offers a high-volume sales environment, a broad selection of new and pre-owned vehicles, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities.

We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, and motivated by results. Automotive sales experience is welcome, but we are also interested in candidates with strong customer service, retail, or sales backgrounds who are ready to learn the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with customers and help them find a vehicle that fits their needs and budget
- Build rapport and provide a professional, comfortable sales experience
- Present new and pre-owned vehicles and explain key features, technology, and benefits
- Coordinate and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up
- Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer programs, promotions, and product updates
- Work closely with Sales Managers and the Finance Department throughout the purchase process
- Develop repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships
- Work toward individual performance goals while supporting the overall success of the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information within dealership systems

What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Ability to work in a busy dealership environment
- Willingness to learn vehicle products, technology, and sales processes
- Valid driver’s licence
