Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Duties

- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on vehicles, ensuring all services are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct maintenance tasks on various vehicle systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and service recommendations.
- Assist in heavy lifting and moving of automotive parts as necessary during service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Document all services performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.




- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Experience

- Previous mechanic experience is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
