Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to meet quality standards
- Assist with moving and organizing vehicles on the lot to ensure a neat, accessible display for customers
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dealership’s exterior and parking areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and debris pickup
- Support the team by delivering vehicles to service bays or other locations as needed
- Greet customers professionally when they visit the lot, providing friendly assistance and answering basic questions about vehicles
- Ensure all vehicles are properly parked, labeled, and ready for customer viewing or test drives
- Follow safety protocols during all tasks to promote a secure working environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting (up to a reasonable weight), and moving vehicles safely
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure vehicles are spotless and lot is well-organized
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as key qualities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining energy and enthusiasm
