Camp’s Automotive Repair Service is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-focused individual that is positive and highly driven, with excellent multi-tasking abilities. As a family owned and operated business, we value our employees and offer opportunities for advancement.

Job Type: Full-time

- 2+ years of previous service management experience preferred
- Mechanical Automotive knowledge is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including solid listening techniques
- Strong computer skills

- Keyboard skills, thorough documentation of administrative paperwork
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with clientele to encourage repeat and referral business.

- Ability to manage and motivate employees in day-to-day service workflow and daily cleaning maintenance

- Forecast, set goals and objectives for the department.
- Ensure complete client satisfaction and handle escalated client complaints in a professional manner.
- Establish processes and standards to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations
- Communicate diagnostic details to clients
- Other duties as required.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
