As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while facilitating the repair and maintenance process.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information for service technicians.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs to customers.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of service orders.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area,



ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working order.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a auto repair environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services, is a plus.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
