We are hiring experienced AZ Team Drivers for a food distribution company, running reefer loads from Toronto to Nova Scotia with multiple pickups and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Operate AZ tractor-trailer with refrigerated (reefer) equipment.
- Complete multiple pickups and deliveries of food products.
- Work as part of a team-driving operation.
- Monitor reefer temperature and ensure proper temperature control.
- Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and delivery paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, and delays.
- Follow food transportation, safety, and Hours of Service requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid AZ Driver’s Licence.
- Reefer and long-haul driving experience preferred.
- Experience with multiple pickups and deliveries.
- Comfortable with team driving.
- Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Food distribution experience is an asset.
