We are looking for an experienced independent sales representative to grow our valet garbage and recurring junk removal services across Metro Vancouver.

You will develop relationships with property managers, strata councils, developers, and building owners, taking opportunities from initial outreach through to signed service agreements.

Compensation

This is a commission-only prospect with no base salary and no cap on commissions. Selling a service agreement worth $4,000 per month could earn you a $2,000 commission, an $80,000 sale can net up to $75,000. Larger contracts offer larger earning opportunities.

Commission amounts and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before each agreement is signed.





We are looking for someone who:

- Has a proven record of winning B2B service contracts.

- Can independently identify prospects, reach decision-makers, and close business.
- Communicates professionally and follows up consistently.
- Builds trust through honest advice and realistic expectations.
- Is organized, accountable, and motivated by results.

Experience selling to property managers, stratas, or building owners is strongly preferred. Existing relationships in these sectors are a significant asset.
