Duties

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, assembling ingredients, and packaging finished products

- Ensure all baked goods are stored, packaged, and labeled correctly for freshness and presentation
- Support kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality control

Skills





- Proven experience in baking or food preparation within a restaurant or bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent skills in cooking, baking, and food presentation that enhance product appeal
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Familiarity with packaging processes to ensure products are ready for sale or delivery
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred to thrive in this role
