The ideal candidate:
- Works independently and efficiently.
- Has at least 3 years operating rubber tire backhoes and/or excavators in shallow utilities construction.
- Knows and understands safe excavating practices.
- Is physically able to, and willing to, occasionally labour on site when operating is not needed.




- Can operate excavators and skid steers as well as backhoes
