- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, conveyors, Slicers, and refrigeration units.

- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.

- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

- Record and maintain maintenance logs.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Collaborate with the production team to address equipment needs and support operational efficiency.

- Assist in maintaining an inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

- Support emergency repairs and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.

- Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements,



including health and safety standards.

- Deal with third party Contractors.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Education:

- Certificate or diploma in Maintenance or a related field.

Experience:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a mechanic in a bakery setting or related experience in industrial equipment maintenance.

Salary will be discussed based on experience.
