Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with enthusiasm during banquets and events
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards throughout service
- Refill drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of service areas during events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to meet guest needs promptly




- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, including table settings and decorations

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Familiarity with the food industry, including food handling and safety protocols
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Experience in food preparation or bartending is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of hotel or event venue operations enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to food service, serving, and guest engagement

Pay: $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
