Nonna Lia is a fast-growing Italian dessert shop and cafe catered to savvy customers with a premium taste. Our team continues to expand and we are looking for help at our flagship store in Oakwood Village (337 Oakwood Avenue).

As a Front of House Associate, you will focus on the following:

- "Barista" activities, i.e., preparing and serving drinks for our customers, including Coffees, Matcha's, and Tea's
- "Customer service" activities such as welcoming customers in our store, answering phone calls and emails,



taking and fulfilling dessert or sandwich orders
- "Marketing" activities, such as working directly with the founder and supervisors to launch new products, organize events, and scale new offerings
- "Store upkeep" activities, such as tidying up the store, checking cleanliness, monitoring inventory
- As needed, our front of house associate will support the back of house team with simpler tasks, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our products and processes

Pay: $19.00-$20.50 per hour
