Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Barber to join our vibrant team! This position is full time, 5 days per week with no evenings and no Sunday’s. As a Barber, you will be the creative force behind stylish haircuts, grooming services, and personalized consultations that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed.

Responsibilities

- Provide qualified hair cutting, trimming, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payment transactions




- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times to promote a safe environment for both clients and staff
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent customer service, encouraging repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a lively setting
- Expertise in hair styling techniques for men’s grooming, including fades, tapers, beard trims, and classic cuts
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a clean workspace and prevent cross-contamination
- Ability to upsell retail products such as hair care items or grooming accessories confidently and professionally
- Excellent communication skills to clearly discuss styles, provide advice, and ensure client satisfaction
- Experience managing retail sales transactions at the front desk efficiently and accurately
- Effective multitasking skills to handle appointments, walk-ins, and administrative tasks seamlessly

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
