Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barber role based in Toronto, ON. The Barber will provide hair cutting, barbering, and styling services for clients with diverse hair types and textures, ensuring high-quality results and a positive experience. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their desired look, performing haircuts, shaves, trims, and basic grooming services, and recommending appropriate hair care routines and products.

The role also involves maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation, following health and safety standards,



and managing appointment times efficiently. The Barber is expected to contribute to a friendly, professional environment and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Barbering and Hair Cutting for diverse hair types and styles.
- Experience in Hair Styling, including contemporary and classic looks, and finishing techniques.
- Knowledge of Hair Care practices, including promoting healthy hair and recommending suitable products.
- Training or certification in Cosmetology or a related field, where applicable to local regulations.
- Strong client service skills, including transparent communication, professionalism, and the ability to understand client preferences.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Toronto, ON, and maintain punctuality and reliability.
- Commitment to hygiene and safety standards, including proper sanitation of tools and work areas.
- Previous experience in a barbershop or salon setting is an asset.
