Commission based. Busy shop with lots of walk by traffic in well established shop in downtown Langford.

We are seeking a skilled Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to upsell salon products and services.

Responsibilities

- Provide hair cutting and styling services to clients
- Offer consultations to determine clients' needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize workstations and tools
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Assist in retail sales of hair care products





Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist
- Proficiency in a variety of hair styling techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to upsell salon products and services
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a salon setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
