Responsibilities

- Perform professional haircuts, styling, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions,



and product recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques through ongoing education.

Experience

- Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, sanitation practices, and retail sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask at the front desk while maintaining a qualified demeanor.
