Responsibilities

- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their desired styles and offer expert recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Upsell additional services or retail products such as hair care or grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.




- Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends and techniques to deliver contemporary, fashionable looks.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service that encourages repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 Year Experience
- Barber Certificate or Hairstyling Certificate Required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon or barbershop setting.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services and retail products effectively while maintaining client trust.
- Experience with retail sales or front desk operations is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
