Job Duties:

Responsibilities

- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Greet and engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organized schedule
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Skills:

- Proficient in a wide range of barbering techniques, including clipper cuts, scissor cuts, and straight razor shaves
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and hairstyling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide exact and high-quality services




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients at once

Hours: -Minimum hours 40 (can do more if desired)

-Minimum 8 hours on weekend (either Saturday or Sunday, your choice)

Qualifications:

- Valid barbering license or is currently in school for Ontario

-Is permitted to work in Ontario (Permanent resident or Citizen) -Lives in Toronto

Salary:

-Primarily commission based, your take home would be 55% per haircut estimated pay would be $500 to $2500 per week cash (pay depends on how many haircuts done in a week)

-Salary options are available depending experience

Note:

-This does not include retail sales or front desk responsibilities

-You can come to the shop and apply in person

-Tips are entirely yours (no pooled tipping)
