Your Role: Create Exceptional Beverages

- Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty beverages, and teas with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Follow recipes, portioning standards, and presentation guidelines to ensure every drink meets Chios quality standards.
- Warm and serve bakery and pastry items according to guest requests.

Deliver Memorable Guest Experiences
- Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Build connections through excellent service, product knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations.
- Help create an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to return again and again.

Maintain a Clean and Organized Café
- Keep workstations clean, stocked, and ready for service at all times.
- Replenish ingredients, syrups, cups, supplies, and equipment throughout your shift.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness,



and organization standards are consistently maintained.

What We're Looking For
- Previous barista experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
- Food Handler Certification is considered an asset.
- Experience with Square POS systems is considered an asset.
