Responsibilities

- Assist customers by taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy through basic math skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and serving counters, adhering to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring an overall positive experience.
- Support food handling and preparation tasks as needed, following proper safety protocols to ensure quality and hygiene.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
