We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender and Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take accurate orders from guests for food and drinks, using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast for efficient processing
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent customer service and attentiveness to guest needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, ensuring proper change is given
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing concerns promptly to enhance their experience
- Restock supplies regularly, including glassware, garnishes, and bar ingredients, to ensure smooth operations during busy hours

Requirements





- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred; strong background in food service or bartending is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast or similar platforms for order entry and payment processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that encourages guest loyalty
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totals
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with hospitality or food service roles that involve serving or bartending duties is highly desirable
- Having Serving it right certificate
- Previous experience with VLTS and cash out procedures
- Have previous experience with banquet style events
