Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and manage the bar area efficiently will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Understanding of food safety practices related to beverage preparation and serving.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.75-$17.49 per hour
