Elevate nursing practices in British Columbia as a Primary Care Practice Success Consultant with Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia. This remote position offers an chance to lead and innovate in community-based healthcare. You will spearhead the Nursing Initiatives for Primary Care program, working closely with RNs and LPNs to enhance their skills and practice.
By providing mentorship and practical resources, you’ll play a key role in transforming nursing within the primary care landscape of BC. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver vital support and mentorship to nursing teams
- Facilitate quality improvement and practice change initiatives
- Collaborate on care coordination and chronic disease management
- Build partnerships with health system stakeholders
- Assess and address emerging issues in primary care nursing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; master’s an asset
- Active RN license in good standing with BCCNM
- 4-6 years of experience in primary care
- Background in cultural humility and anti-racism
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities Contribute to the future of primary care nursing by ensuring excellence and support for nurses across BC with NNPBC.
