Currently seeking an individual to lead our community based GSA program - Gemstones. This program provides youth a safe space to connect in a positive way and build impactful relationships. Gemstones runs every Thursday 6pm-8pm, you will have up to 10 hours a week to plan for the program, as well as being part of the creation of a targeted program that will provide 2sLGBTQ+ youth a more structured and supportive environment focusing on certain skills development.

Gemstones Program staff report to the Youth Coordinator, this position will be responsible for the planning and facilitation of successful program. This position will also be responsible for the involvement in developing a short-term targeted program.

It is your responsibility to follow BGC directives, and support in assurance of meeting all BGC requirements as directed by the organization. A Youth Program Staff represents BGC and will do their utmost to develop and maintain a positive relationship with any school partners, parents, community partners, and community members associated with the organization in any capacity.
