Vinancial Capital helps Latino-owned businesses (in Canada/U.S.) get equipment and business financing quickly and efficiently. Clients submit a short eligibility inquiry, and Vinancial Capital prepares and submits applications to lending partners for review. Lenders then assess each profile, verify information, and make approval decisions, usually within a few days.

The company focuses on simplifying the funding process so clients can continue delivering services without interruption due to cash flow constraints. We speak Spanish to the Latino business owners and English to our partner lenders.

Role Description:

The Bilingual Credit Analyst / Underwriter is a full-time, hybrid role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for reviewing credit applications, analyzing financial information, and assessing creditworthiness for a range of clients. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating income statements and credit reports, verifying documentation, preparing credit summaries, and making recommendations aligned with lender criteria and risk policies.

The role also involves back-and-forth communication (in Spanish) with Latino business owners and lenders (in English) to resolve inquiries and clarify application requirements. The analyst/underwriter contributes to process improvements, ensures compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, and supports timely funding decisions. This role has the prospect to grow into a more sales-oriented role, however, it is not a deal-breaker.

Qualifications





- Fluent in English and Spanish (non-negotiable).
- Personable (non-negotiable). You must be able to build trust and communicate clearly.
- Graduating in May 2027 from a post-secondary program in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements, credit reports, and risk indicators.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance, lending products, and risk management principles.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or financial services is preferred.
- Huge plus if you have a competitive or athletic background.
- Huge plus if you've read Alex Hormozi's $100M trilogy.

Compensation:

$60,000–$80,000 CAD base salary, based on experience and fit.

Hybrid role in Toronto. Our office is at the Bay Street / Temperance Street intersection.
