TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Bilingual Operations Officer (French/English)
MUST HAVE Hard Skills
1.) Fully bilingual in English and French- written and verbal
2.)2-4 years of banking experience is required
2.) Prior experience in an SLA based role
3.) Microsoft 365 proficiency- Excel, Outlook, and Word
4.) Comfortable using AI technology
SOFT SKILLS
1.) Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
2.) Decision making skills
3.) Attention to detail and accurcay
4.) Ability to multiask and manage volumes
5.) Collaboration skills
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Legal experience- working with legal government documents
2.) Familiarity with POA files.
