SEGULA Technologies is looking for a Mid-Level Recruiter specialized in Engineering and Technical Talent Acquisition to join our Montreal team.

You will be responsible for recruiting engineers and technical professionals across industries including automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, and industrial engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and technical positions.
- Source and recruit engineers across disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Aerospace, and Quality.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards, and networking to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess technical experience, industry background, and overall fit.
- Build talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill engineering positions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a strong candidate experience.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with explicit and concise assessments.
- Support offers, salary discussions, and candidate closing.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.




- Proven experience recruiting engineers and technical professionals.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering consulting, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and engineering requirements.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
- Engineering or technical background is an asset.
