Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst –
- Laptop Deployment for a 36-month contract opportunity. This is a fully onsite role in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate will support enterprise laptop deployment, hardware refresh activities, device configuration, user data migration and hands-on technical support.

Position Summary The Bilingual Service Desk Analyst will support the deployment and lifecycle management of Windows 10/11 laptops and related hardware within an enterprise environment. This role will involve preparing and configuring devices, installing workstations and peripherals, migrating user data, maintaining accurate asset records and providing hands-on assistance to users throughout the deployment process.
The successful candidate will have strong enterprise IT support experience, hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/Configuration Manager, and experience using ServiceNow for asset and lifecycle management. The ability to provide technical support in both English and French is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, configure and deploy Windows 11 laptops in accordance with Microsoft Managed Desktop standards, including Autopilot enrollment and configuration profiles.
- Install and validate laptops, docking stations, monitors and peripherals.
- Back up and migrate user profiles,
settings and data from legacy devices.
- Maintain accurate device assignments, inventory and lifecycle records in ServiceNow.
- Assist users with onboarding, login issues and deployment-related troubleshooting.
- Securely sanitize and decommission legacy devices for disposal or redeployment.
- Verify device compliance with security, patching, encryption and configuration requirements.
- Provide hands-on technical support to users throughout laptop refresh and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to obtain Secret clearance, including a minimum of 10 years of verifiable personal history.
- University degree, college diploma or recognized certification in Information Technology.
- Minimum four years of enterprise IT support experience.
- Minimum three years of experience supporting laptop refreshes, device deployments or hardware lifecycle initiatives.
- Experience deploying, configuring and supporting Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 laptops.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device provisioning, configuration and management.
- Experience with SCCM/Configuration Manager for operating system deployment, software deployment or device management.
- Experience using ServiceNow for asset management, inventory tracking and lifecycle records.
- Knowledge of device imaging, configuration profiles, endpoint protection,
security policies and patch management.
- Ability to communicate and provide technical support in both English and French.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and available to work fully onsite in Ottawa.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Managed Desktop environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale hardware refresh or laptop deployment initiatives.
- Experience with device lifecycle management, secure device sanitization and decommissioning.
- Experience working in a government or similarly regulated enterprise setting.

Compensation
Salary Range: $50.00 - $70.00 / hour
