Panda Environmental Services Inc. is looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Bin Delivery Driver to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, pickup, exchange, and placement of waste and recycling bins/containers at commercial, industrial, and construction sites. This position requires someone who is comfortable operating a commercial truck, working independently, dealing directly with customers, and safely maneuvering equipment in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities

- Deliver, pick up, exchange, and relocate waste and recycling bins at customer locations.
- Safely operate company trucks and related equipment.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure containers are placed safely and according to customer instructions.
- Secure loads and equipment in accordance with applicable transportation regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and other Panda team members.
- Confirm delivery and pickup information and report any site access or service issues.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and service records.
- Keep assigned vehicle clean and report maintenance or mechanical concerns promptly.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work around commercial, industrial, construction, and waste-management environments.
- Assist with general yard or operational duties when required.

Qualifications
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence, a valid DZ would be beneficial.
- Clean or acceptable driver's abstract.
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
- Experience delivering, picking up,



or moving waste/recycling bins is a strong asset.
- Experience with roll-off, hook-lift, lugger, or similar container equipment is an asset.
- Good backing and maneuvering skills, including working in tight commercial and industrial locations.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing basic equipment inspections.
- Able to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
- Professional attitude and good customer-service skills.
- Physically capable of performing the duties associated with the position.

Job Type: Full time Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required

Licence Required: Valid Ontario Full G Licence.
