We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Biryani Rice / Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic biryani rice and other related dishes with precision and care
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area according to food safety standards
- Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Support the food service team by serving dishes promptly and courteously to customers
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation or as a line cook in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques specific to biryani rice and other Indian cuisine is a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers
- Food service experience demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of meal preparation, serving standards, and kitchen safety regulations
