Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the bowling counter
- Assist guests with lane reservations, walk-in bookings, and managing wait times
- Operate the scoring system and explain game rules to players of all ages
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain cleanliness of the bowling area, including shoes and equipment stations
- Support food service operations by taking orders and serving snacks or beverages when needed
- Engage with guests to ensure they have a fun, safe,



and memorable experience

Skills

- Experience working with children and engaging with diverse age groups in a friendly manner
- Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Excellent customer service and guest services abilities to create positive interactions
- Cash handling experience to manage transactions efficiently and accurately
- Food service experience is a plus for supporting snack bar operations
- Hospitality background to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Ability to stay energetic, attentive, and organized in a fast-paced setting
