Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly while verifying identification and age restrictions to ensure compliance with venue policies
- Monitor entry points and control access using CCTV surveillance systems to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct thorough security checks on all visitors, including bag inspections and visual assessments to deter theft or disruptive behavior
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the venue to deter potential disturbances and respond swiftly to any incidents
- Collaborate with team members and local authorities during emergencies or security breaches, ensuring swift resolution
- Use CCTV and surveillance equipment to monitor activity within the venue and surrounding areas for loss prevention purposes
- Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference and ongoing security improvements
Skills
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation for effective monitoring
- Ability to identify suspicious behavior and respond appropriately in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests, staff, and emergency responders
