Position Title: Budtender & Delivery Driver

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Budtender & Delivery Driver to support both in-store retail operations and the delivery of online orders. This is a dual-function role requiring flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. Shifts may involve in-store duties, delivery duties, or a combination of both depending on operational needs. Company vehicle is provided during working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Budtender (In-Store Responsibilities):

- Greet customers and ensure compliance with age-verification requirements (19+)
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate product information
- Process sales transactions and online orders using the point-of-sale system
- Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations and company policies related to cannabis retail
- Complete assigned operational tasks as directed by management
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Work independently as required

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

- Deliver cannabis products and accessories in a safe, professional, and compliant manner
- Complete local and out-of-town deliveries, which may include round-trip distances of up to approximately 80–100 km
- Verify customer identity and legal eligibility at the time of delivery
- Review invoices and delivery documentation for accuracy




- Maintain required delivery logs and records
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries

Work Environment & Schedule

- This role includes a combination of in-store retail work and delivery driving
- Some shifts may be entirely in-store, while others may include delivery assignments
- Shifts are typically up to 8 hours
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required based on business needs

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
- Minimum of 5 years driving experience
- Clean driving abstract (no violations within the past 5 years)
- Minimum age requirement: 25 years Due to insurance requirements
- Access to a working smartphone with data plan and charger
- Familiarity with local streets and surrounding areas
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- CannSell certification (required upon offer of employment)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check dated within the past 3 months

This position requires flexibility and the ability to perform both in-store and delivery duties as assigned. The distribution of duties may vary by shift based on operational requirements.
