Job Overview

You will work with the Operations Team to support the daily operations of the commercial property. Your main role will be to inspect, maintain, and repair commercial building systems, equipment, and the property site.

Responsibilities

- Respond to tenant requests (HVAC, electrical, cabling, elevators, lighting).
- Assist with fire alarm and safety system testing (including emergency generator).
- Perform routine checks on building equipment.
- Coordinate snow removal with contractors.
- Repair and service doors, locks, and closers.
- Replace tiles (ceramic/marble) when needed.
- Repair drywall as required.
- Assist with site and parking lot maintenance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- At least 1 years of commercial maintenance/operations experience.
- Valid Driver's license.
- High school diploma or College.
- General knowledge of HVAC,



electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
- Able to move furniture and equipment.
- Willing to work evenings and be on-call weekends if needed.
- Certificate in Building Environmental Systems (or equivalent) is an asset.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
