About the Role:
We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic, charismatic, and passionate Business Systems Administrator to our team at GLBC. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for ERP and related business application requests, including Salesforce, Smartsheet, and in-house tools, owning day-to-day operational support across the platforms.
You will support and troubleshoot user inquiries, manage ticket queues, administer users, perform QA and UAT activities, and ensure issues are effectively triaged, resolved, tested, and clearly communicated. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career in application support who is looking to deepen their ERP and business systems administration experience.
This dynamic position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, third-party developers, vendors, and implementation partners to escalate issues, drive system improvements, and deliver reliable, practical solutions that support the business.
Compenstation:
The typical compensation range for this position is $60,000–$75,000 per year depending on level of experience.

Core Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Ticket Management
- Own ERP and related applications Zendesk ticket queues, including intake, prioritization, resolution, and escalation to vendors, developers, or implementation partners.
- Track recurring issues and trends and communicate insights to help reduce future incidents and improve system reliability.
Application Administration
- Administer users, roles, permissions, and basic system configurations across ERP and a diverse set of supported applications, including vendor-provided systems, internally developed tools, and third-party platforms such as Salesforce and Smartsheet.
Application Health Monitoring
- Proactively monitor ERP and business application health through regular checks to ensure automations, integrations, reports, and background jobs are running as expected.
- Investigate and escalate application performance issues or failures, and communicate status and resolution clearly to stakeholders.
QA, Release & Change Support
- Support QA and UAT activities by executing test cases, validating expected outcomes, logging defects, verifying fixes, and assisting with regression testing under guidance and established processes.
Reporting & Data Support
- Maintain and update existing Crystal Reports, including minor enhancements, fixes, and data validation.
- Assist with basic data analysis and validation using SQL where required.
Continuous Improvement & Automation
- Leverage automation and AI tools responsibly to improve documentation quality, ticket triage, knowledge sharing, and overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required
- College degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems) in an operational or administrative capacity.
- Robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously improve workflows and user experience.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ERP systems, including industry-specific or manufacturing-focused platforms such as ePS Packaging.
- Experience with Salesforce administration.
- Experience supporting in-house or custom-developed applications.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and basic SQL.
- Familiarity with QA and UAT processes.
