Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) experience to join our energetic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC machinery to produce high-quality cabinetry and furniture components. Your expertise in CNC programming, machine operation, and blueprint reading will be essential in delivering precise, durable, and beautifully crafted products.

Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other related equipment to produce cabinet components.
- Program CNC machines using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files and SolidWorks models to ensure accurate fabrication according to specifications.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine machining requirements.
- Perform quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and tolerances meet standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and machining skills to troubleshoot machine issues, perform adjustments, and ensure optimal performance.




- Handle warehouse tasks such as packaging finished products securely for shipment while maintaining safety protocols with forklift operation when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly processes, welding tasks, and overall production flow to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Skills

- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake equipment.
- Experience with Fanuc controls or similar CNC control systems.
- Strong blueprint reading skills combined with mechanical knowledge for precise fabrication.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks for design interpretation and programming.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and assembly processes for cabinetry components.
- Ability to operate hand tools, calipers, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Warehouse experience including forklift certification is a plus for handling materials safely and efficiently.
