Overview

Our team at EuroCraft Furnishings is seeking an experienced, skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. We specialize in office, hotel, kitchen, and display furniture. The ideal candidate will already have experience in cabinetry construction and assembly tasks, demonstrating proficiency with both hand and power tools.

This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are assembled efficiently. The cabinet maker will work independently or with other team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. We are looking for someone who already has some experience in cabinetry or similar furniture construction takes initiative, is highly detail-oriented, and goes the extra mile to ensure all furniture is produced to the highest quality.

Duties

- Interpret and understand all specifications and blueprints.
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Ensure completed products operate according to manufacturer's guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various assembly tasks.
- Mark defective parts and products for repair or make minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Maintain all assigned tools and equipment as needed.
- Understand and follow all documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.




- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that arise during assembly.
- Assist other departments with tasks when needed.
- Remove garbage from site, vacuum, dust, and maintain a clean working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-year of cabinetry experience, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
- A working knowledge of cabinetry and/or furniture assembly is an asset.
- Strong organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently as an independent or as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials as needed.
- Must have a positive understanding of English.

We are looking for a full time, permanent employee either. Hours of operation: Mon-Thurs 7:30 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 2:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
