Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product demonstrations
- Handle cash register operations including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and receipt issuance
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction

Skills

- Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales environments
- Strong communication skills with phone etiquette for remote or in-person interactions
- Technical sales experience with product demos and explaining features clearly
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Customer service expertise with a focus on upselling and building rapport
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, time, and customer flow efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency (English plus additional languages) preferred for broader outreach
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills paired with time management to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly

Pay: $17.60-$25.16 per hour
