Sign on bonus available for Licensed Driving instructors. If you would like to obtain your instructors license we will provide you paid training. Unlike most driving schools our instructors are employees (not independent contractors) . We provide the car, we pay for the fuel, insurance and any repairs all you’ll need to do is provide the talent! Our instructors are also paid for ALL their time worked whether they are picking a student up at school or driving to meet their next student- it’s all paid. And if you work more than 44 hours/ week you’ll be paid time and a half. If you are ready to be paid your worth and change some lives while having a good time. We have the job for you.

Qualifications

- Valid PEI Class 5 driver's licence.
- Strong and safe driving history.




- Clean or satisfactory driver's abstract.
- Ability to meet all applicable PEI requirements for a driver-training instructor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer-service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to remain calm and patient with nervous or inexperienced drivers.
- Professional appearance and conduct.

A driver's abstract and other required documentation may be requested as part of the hiring process.

Schedule

Full-Time The position requires flexibility because driving lessons are often scheduled outside traditional working hours.

Availability for evenings and weekends is therefore an important asset.

Instructors will have significant responsibility for managing their own schedules while maintaining a consistent workload.
