Experienced Carpenter – High-End Residential Construction

We are looking for an experienced, well-rounded Carpenter to join our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality residential construction and renovations, and we’re looking for someone who takes the same level of pride in their workmanship.

The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work. You should be comfortable working independently while also contributing to a professional and productive team workplace.

Skills & Responsibilities Include:

- Building envelope and flashing
- Formwork
- Structural and residential framing
- Interior carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Exterior wood finishing
- Interior wood finishing
- Wood window and door trims
- Wood beveled siding
- High-end finishing and detailed carpentry
- General construction and renovation work
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site




- Completing work to a consistently high standard

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven carpentry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to read plans and understand construction details
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship

Experience working with and helping develop apprentices is not a requirement, but a willingness to share knowledge and help apprentices grow is highly valued. Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
