Overview of Key Responsibilities

- Framer/Deck Builder Carpenter: tasks will include constructing the framework of decks, pillar structures and various project requirements. You must be skilled and experienced at: measuring, cutting, assembling and fastening wood and other materials; working with power and hand tools;
- Technician of Drywall Installation/Prep and Painting: tasks will include installing drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding to a smooth finish, texture ceiling repairs and painting. Spray painting techniques would be a great asset.
- Additional skills could be an asset to grow within the company: Flooring install, plumbing, countertop installation; bathroom upgrades (install shower/tub surrounds); minor carpentry tasks, such as door repairs, shelving installation; exterior work – install/repair eaves, troughs and siding; and perform a variety of other general maintenance tasks as needed,



including troubleshooting.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in skills listed in .
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members or clients.

Must-Have Skills:
- Dependable, punctual and flexible

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
