Playville Kids is a locally owned and operated indoor playground designed to provide a fun and welcoming space for children and families. We offer open play, structured programming, and special events in a clean and engaging environment.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Associate / Cashier / General Staff Member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment and values exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors.
- Handle admissions, retail sales, and bookings using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist with party check-ins, waivers, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and facility- moderate physical activity level required.
- Monitor play areas and enforce facility rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Assist with snack bar sales, restocking, and light food preparation.
- Support birthday parties, events, and special programming as needed.
- Handle basic cleaning duties,



including sanitizing play equipment and common areas.

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service, retail, or childcare experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling cash, card transactions, and bookings.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.
- Afternoon and weekend availability an asset.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset.
- Vulnerable Sector Check (required upon hiring).
