Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, certified, and fluent English-speaking Health Care Aides (HCAs) to provide comprehensive homecare support—including personal care, housekeeping, and nurse-delegated tasks—for clients across Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility).
- Assist clients with comprehensive housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a safe, clean home environment.
- Perform nurse-delegated health tasks (medication assistance, vital signs monitoring, glucose checks, and wound care support) according to training and authorization.
- Observe, document accurately, and report any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or Care Coordinator.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team members.





Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Health Care Aide (HCA) Certificate recognized in Alberta (Required).
- Fully fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Required).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required).
- Clean Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
