Duties

- Lead food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring dishes meet high standards of quality, presentation, and taste
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food handling, safety protocols, and efficient workflow management
- Support restaurant operations by assisting with food service, bartending, and guest interactions to enhance overall customer experience
- Manage food safety standards rigorously, including proper storage, sanitation, and adherence to health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal timing, inventory management, and special requests
- Train new staff on food preparation techniques,

- Maintain a positive team environment by fostering leadership qualities and encouraging teamwork in a busy setting

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry
- Demonstrated food handling knowledge and commitment to food safety standards
- Experience in restaurant management or team management roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills for serving guests and supporting team members effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting with energetic enthusiasm
- Knowledge of bartending and serving practices is a plus but not required
