Ace Courier Kelowna seeking a motivated individual to join our team - new drivers welcome.

Must be honest, hardworking, trustworthy, independent and above all, reliable. The route will start in Kelowna around 8pm. You will take a 53ft Box trailer to Vernon, return to Kelowna, return to Vernon again then to Kamloops and back to Kelowna

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport freight to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload freight, utilizing forklifts if needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes, schedules, and any issues that arise during transport.
- Ensure that all cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit.

Qualifications





- 2 years winter driving
- Knowledge of putting chains on
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus for loading and unloading freight efficiently.

- Class 1 License

- Drivers Abstract with no suspensions
