Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Women Class 5 Car Driving Instructor to join our Driver Training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Teaching New Drivers, Help them in Getting their Class 5 Alberta Driving License/Operators License, teach winter driving on snow and ice, and teach defensive driving skills. This role requires a robust commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate various routes while adhering to scheduled time table.

Duties

- Operate and Drive Class 5 Driver Training Vehicles with Dual Brake and Dual Accelerator in all assigned locations and areas in Edmonton and in Vicinity of Edmonton.
- Be Capable of Training New Driver Students aged 14 years and above.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel use, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding training schedules.
- Ensure Student safety, Vehicle Safety and property to prevent damage during driver training.




- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving on all roads.
- Assist Students in proper handling techniques.

Skills

- Class 4 or above (Class 3,2,1) Alberta Driving License
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, dispatchers, and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to meet scheduling and training deadlines.
- Familiarity with Edmonton Roads, GPS systems and navigation tools for route planning.
- Attention to detail in maintaining vehicle records and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
